Miracle on Main Street: Transcendental Meditation and Yogic Flying, Part I

The first step is the Transcendental Meditation (TM) technique, a method that allows the mind to settle down and experience its own fundamental source; a natural state of profound physical rest coexisting with silent, inner wakefulness. People practice Yogic Flying, not because of the extraordinary name, but because it is pleasant, it enhances their mind-body coordination and has practical benefits in their everyday life.

Also, EEG measurements of brain activity, taken during Yogic Flying, indicate a dramatic increase in brain wave coherence—total brain functioning—at the precise moment the yogic flyer’s body lifts up in a hop. But the best part is that yogic flyers report a subjective experience of inner exhilaration and a feeling of freedom from boundaries.

In addition, the TM-Sidhi program and Yogic Flying, enhance one’s ability to fulfill desires easily, without strain or delay, while supporting the progress of everything in their environment.
